Order Cancellation & Refunds

• If an order is canceled after payment is taken and the preliminary name check has
  been completed, but before formation documents are prepared, we will refund the
  total order amount less a $50 processing fee.
• If an order is canceled after formation documents are prepared but before
  filing with the state, we will refund the total order amount less a
  $100 processing fee.
• Any money already paid to a state agency for filing fees or to third-party suppliers is
  non-refundable.

Returned Checks

A $35 fee will be added to all checks returned to I-Incorporate Ltd. due to
non-sufficient funds or closed accounts. Any related bank service fees will also be charged.
