These terms cover the AmeriChoice Service Order application provided by AmeriChoice Incorporators Ltd. through i-incorporate.com (“AmeriChoice,” “we,” or “us”). The application helps customers submit service requests and helps AmeriChoice review and process them.
Permission to use the application
Subject to these terms, AmeriChoice gives you limited, non-exclusive permission to use the application for your own legitimate service requests or requests you are authorized to make for another person or company. This permission does not transfer ownership of the application or its content.
Do not attempt to access another customer’s information, misuse the application, interfere with its operation, or submit information or documents you are not authorized to provide.
Your information and service requests
You are responsible for reviewing the information and documents you submit and promptly telling AmeriChoice about errors or changes. Submitting a request or receiving a Reference Number does not mean a government agency has accepted a filing or that the requested service is complete. AmeriChoice may need additional information or documents before work can proceed.
Service limitations
AmeriChoice provides document-preparation, filing, and related business services. The application does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Government agencies control their filing decisions and processing times. See our existing Disclaimer for further information.
Charges
Review the service and charges presented for your request. If a price requires staff review, obtain confirmation from AmeriChoice before proceeding with payment.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Service fees are non-refundable once AmeriChoice has begun processing, document preparation, research, or other work on the order. In limited circumstances, AmeriChoice may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund of service fees depending on the stage of completion.
If AmeriChoice has substantially completed the ordered preparation or service and the customer later decides not to proceed with the filing, AmeriChoice’s service fees are non-refundable. Any state or government filing fees that have not yet been paid, and other third-party charges that have not yet been incurred, will be refunded.
State filing fees, publication charges, courier charges, registered-agent charges, and other third-party costs are non-refundable once they have been paid or incurred. Once a filing has been submitted to a government agency, fees associated with the completed work and filing are non-refundable except where required by law.
QuickBooks connection
The planned accounting connection is between AmeriChoice and its own QuickBooks Online account. Only an authorized AmeriChoice owner or administrator may authorize that connection. Customers do not need to connect their own QuickBooks accounts.
The intended production use is to connect service orders with customer, invoice, and payment records for order processing, billing, and payment reconciliation. The application connection is not yet active. These terms do not by themselves authorize a payment charge.
Privacy and access
The Privacy Policy explains how information is used. AmeriChoice may restrict application access where needed to address misuse or operational problems. Restricting access does not by itself cancel an existing service order.
An authorized AmeriChoice owner or administrator may withdraw the planned QuickBooks connection’s authorization through QuickBooks once it is connected. Disconnecting access does not itself delete existing accounting records or cancel service orders.
