AmeriChoice Incorporators Ltd., operating through i-incorporate.com (“AmeriChoice,” “we,” or “us”), uses information supplied through our website and service orders to respond to requests and provide document-preparation, filing, and related business services.
Information you provide
Depending on your request, we collect contact details, company and state filing information, addresses, information about the people involved in your company, service selections, instructions, notes, and documents you submit. Orders may also involve billing and payment information. Please provide only information needed for your request and make sure you have permission to supply information about other people.
How information is used
We use this information to communicate with you, review and fulfill your order, prepare or obtain documents, process or arrange payment, maintain service and accounting records, and address questions or problems with your request.
Payments and Stripe
AmeriChoice uses Stripe to securely process payments and, when you choose an applicable option, to securely provide a payment method for a later authorized charge.
Payment-card information is entered through Stripe’s hosted payment service. AmeriChoice’s Service Order does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.
Stripe may process payment and transaction information, contact and billing information, and technical information needed to process payments, authenticate transactions, prevent fraud, and provide its payment services.
When you securely provide a new card for a later charge, providing the card does not itself mean that payment has been made. The payment method may be securely stored by Stripe so AmeriChoice can charge the authorized amount after the final price is confirmed.

QuickBooks and accounting
AmeriChoice uses its own QuickBooks Online account for accounting and business recordkeeping. Customers are not asked to connect their own QuickBooks accounts or provide their QuickBooks passwords.
Service-order, customer, invoice, and payment information may be recorded in AmeriChoice’s accounting system as needed for billing, accounting, reconciliation, and business recordkeeping.

Information needed to provide services
Fulfilling a filing or document request can require providing relevant information to government agencies and service providers involved in the request. Information filed with a government agency may become part of a public record. Website hosting, payment processing, accounting, and other service providers also handle information as necessary to provide their services to AmeriChoice.
Keeping information and handling requests
You can contact us to ask about information associated with your request, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Some records may need to be kept for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, or ongoing service purposes. Removing a record from our systems does not remove a public filing held by a government agency.
Website technologies and other websites
The website uses Cloudflare security technologies, including cookies and similar technologies, to help distinguish automated traffic from visitors and protect the website. It also loads GoDaddy tools for website traffic measurement and performance monitoring. WordPress includes browser session-storage functionality to remember whether your browser can display certain emoji characters.
The Service Order also uses browser storage as necessary to maintain information during an active order session.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site features. Links to government agencies, Stripe, Intuit, and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
